Ven's hands are on top of Roxas's hands (like how Riku placed his hands on Sora's during the Final Boss battle of Kingdom Hearts 2....oh dear spoilers for those who haven't played Kingdom Hearts 2). The way that the hands are positioned is symbolic in that Roxas wields the Keyblade forwards while Ven wields the Keyblade backwards. And since Ven and Roxas share the same face, I figured I'd stick them together with the Leopardos Keyblade.
