Ok it took me some time but i think i can comment on this now while giving this piece the respect it deserves.
This is an almost flawless depiction of Chun-li.
I'll start from the top, its safe to say your mastery in watercolors is sharp. That slick black hair is appropriate, and those white color pencil lines add too. Those are color pencil lines on the hair right? i dunno if I'll ever see a better picture of this, a scanner might destroy the quality. The ribbons are my favorite part, i spent a long time looking at the texture and folds. The fingers are also the best I've seen you do, I'm impressed but not surprised by their quality. I'd say the ears could use a little work, i mean the earrings are splendid but i can't tell whether the ears are in front or behind the ribbons some times.
This is definitely an inspiration, and i hope you are enjoying your classes.

this is beautiful - can't imagine how much better it looks in real life! if there's anything i could say about it that i think could be improved is to increase the saturation of the colors for her (while decreasing the background), but i'm not a painter so I can't say.
