Commission from *Alystar and ~TheLostRealist , for 's birthday!They had asked for these three characters (Grady, Mamo and Tag) done up gangster style. I had a LOT of fun with this picture. xD I hope you like it Mamo and I hope you had a wonderful birthday!
Tommy guns are strangely awesome~
My internet is a bit frazzled tonight and cutting in and out, so I won't be able to provide the full version to you Mamo until later. Sorry. >.<

The two characters that are on the left are OCs belonging to my friend, ~MamoMamo , and the other guy belongs to my friends ~Alystar .
All three of them are in ~Alystar 's story called Broken Horizon.

i hear ya. i think whenever i try to gangster art from now on, i'll just use this as a reference or i'll just rent scarface and the godfather cuz i have yet to see those movies...and i'll just look up al capone to while i'm at it.

I searched scarface on google for references on holding a Tommy gum XD. Luckily I mostly knew what I wanted outfit wise.

You know what I'm loving about this? The dust motes floating in that harsh light! It's a weird thing to fixate on, but it's just such an awesome attention to detail. Also I'm digging the pinstripes and the usual Maki-hands of SUPER ELONGATION.

I can't take full credit for those little dust bits, as they were a suggestion from Aly during the WIP shots xD But they really DO add a lot to the picture. :3 I agree~~

I'm loving the cool, quirky and smooth expressions they characters have, I especially like the how you colored the dog and the atmosphere of the picture with the light and everything really is mobster down to the specks of dust lit by the lamp. Excellent job! <3
