first of i just tell you the cosmetics.
medic: medical monarch, byted beak, berlin brain bowl
spy: brütal bouffant, dead head, assasins attire.
idea for the pic;
the pic is like a mini comic
the first 2 panels are how my spy got scarred for life by a pyro (with a flare to the face which caused his face some burns)
and the 3rd and final one is the spy how he kneels on the ground (face shadowed) but my medic gives him (well he holds it in front of him) the dead head mask
