I was trying to illustrate a series of elementals, and the first one I did, lo and behold, was dancing. I had a really hard time deciding where to put this drawing, and decided upon traditional since the girl was drawn traditionally and colored with prismacolor markers. The BG was done entirely in Photoshop. It's kinda basic, I'm not really experienced with BGs. But I still like it, so there.! XD

This is East Gate, a fire elemental in one of my stories. There is also North Gate, South Gate, and West Gate. Who are the water, earth, and wind elementals respectively.

Anyways, I hope you like it. I think it is one of the best drawings I've done in awhile.

Oh, and thanks to for the tutorial on extracting a picture, it really helped!
