Awwwh, thank you so much! I really think your animals are amazing and nicely varied, though! My advice is to make yourself familiar with anatomy by studying photos and videos of whatever you want to draw. Or you could observe the real thing, depending on the creature. Doodle it freely without heavily referencing a few times to allow yourself to stylize it how you'd like. DO NOT USE YOUR PETS AS A REFERENCE!!! This will only drive you to get every single detail to look like your pet; which is not possible as creatures change everyday in the smallest of ways.
Am I a loser for just winging it for this picture and not following my own advice? XD

This looks absolutely wonderful, Brooke! Daw I love it, he looks so precious! Love how all the colors go together and the blue fades into the stone! You should be proud Brooke, I love it when my favourite artists try drawing something new! It indicates a sense of strength and maturity! xx
