This is cool... I like the way you've colored the pencils. Her hair is particulary well done!
The proportions seems okay except for her left arm which is too short, and there's something with the hand holding the pistol. The fingers don't match the pistol's angle.
Otherwise this is a great piece. (I luv the background

nice choice of tones and shading... though i think the back text doesnt entirely fit.
Maybe try contrasting the background by making it cooler than the warm fore tones..
