This was my last hurrah before leaving for college. Not that I won't do art here, but big sculpey projects like this are out of the question.This is a wherry from Anne McCaffrey's Pern. Wherries are birdlike scavengers/carnivores that are described as smelly, hairy, and broad (in canon) and come in a lot of shapes and sizes (in fanon). Otherwise, all there is to go by is a picture in the DLG, which this is loosely based on.
Expect to see a giant WIP dump soon.

Wow, this is amazing. It looks like a maquette for a special effects studio or something. The textures are brilliant.

I'm aware of that, just surprised she used actual golf balls instead of trying to recreate the effect manually with sculpy.
