She is eating. Turtles are a very intelligent animals. Here everybody think that they are slow but nothing farer from the reality When they are interested in something they could be really quick. ItΒ΄s a beautiful shot.

Ay, turtles are quite fun animals, as the come packed with decent heavy armor. Well, they are kind of cute when they hide in their shells, and generally even. But most fascinating is probably how some species can even turn twice as old as a human.

Agreed. You can't tell from the angle of this pic, but his shell was cracked pretty bad on his back but it had healed. Old injury I suppose.
