Toei has trying to get them shutdown for years and have succeeded a few times but youtube has some loophole laws. As for hardworking...Are you joking? It doesn't matter if it's non profit. It's not their work. Why Toei has been able to shut them down so many times. If the owner of the rights doesn't want it up then they are doing it illegally. Not to mention youtube pays users for having so many views so yes they do get paid.

I'm one of those idiots, then. And actually its not illegal, its entirely within fair use. They make no money off those parody videos on Youtube as they don't monetize them. The bulk of their money comes from Patreon, T-shirt sales, and their Gaming channel.
