Description
By popular request, here is the cloud tutorial for you all!I decided to make a bag because it would be too time-consuming to make another coat...

it's like an iron-on adhesive
for the clouds, it helps keep the fabric from fraying as well as attatch it to the cosplay (the reason I use a topstitch though is because sometimes the fabric can peal off if you're running around a convention all day in cosplay)

Spiffy, I cosplayed as tobi for halloween and was supposed to cosplay with me as deidara but... I was lacking an akatsuki cloak. I made the mask and everything but... Now with your very nice tutorial with easy instructions I will make my cloak and RULE THE WORLD...
