By popular request, here is the cloud tutorial for you all!I decided to make a bag because it would be too time-consuming to make another coat...

That is definitely an ingenious way of doing it! I would have thought just to satin stitch the white on, but I love the graphic-ness of your two layers! Great tutorial

Around what size do the clouds have to be?

It depends on what you think looks good. Just google some pictures of the akatsuki members and see how big the clouds are in proportion to the coat (make your cloud sketch, cut it out and lay it out on the coat or against yourself, and see if the size is to your liking).

Also I was wondering, what kind of cloth would you recommend using?

something thin (but for the white, not too thin to where the black shows through). if the fabric is too bulky, it's harder to iron the heat n' bond to it.
