A long time ago I did this:I hope this new tutorial is more helpful and brings even better results! Best of luck, fellow Yusei cosplayers! :3
Even if you're not planning on styling a Yusei wig, I inserted lots of tips and tricks that can be useful for all sorts of wigs with crazy spikes~

I'm gunna try and slightly use this as a tutorial on styling Dr. Fudo, since his hair is ALMOST the same.

Was really helpful for styling my Byakuran wig, I've never done one before, and while I didn't have to do much styling, your spiking tips were an excellent help. Fabric glue would have never occurred to me.

Can I ask you how much the wig shifts when you put it on? Or are you suuuper careful so that the spikes don't split apart when the wig is stretched??

The glue really helps keep the spikes from splitting up. And Arda wigs have a nice, larger wig cap to work with, so it doesn't need to stretch as much.
I use bobby pins in a few spots behind my ears and at my temples to keep the wig in place. They attach the wig to my wig cap.

What I really like about your wigs is that they look so clean, no loose hairs sticking up all over the place. I can't figure out how to get that in my own, but maybe I'll try the fabric glue..

Very noice <3 though I won't be attempting a Yusei wig for a long time XD but I do want to cosplay him sometime in the future and styling a Yusei wig is like a little goal of a thing that I just "have to do" as a cosplayer for myself for some reason ~_~
