***UPDATE 10/6/2011***
Added a Launch Countdown upon request by @razorXwire. Previous users, just take the 'Countdown' folder out of the .rar file, and place it with the rest of your DUI panel folders (\DocumentsRainmeter\Skins\DUI).
New users, just download the .rar open the 'Read Me' file, and follow the directions.
***UPDATE 8/21/2011*** I added the Neuropol X font to the download, and modified the weather panel to accommodate it. (For those who downloaded the earlier version, you can just install the font, and copy & paste the weather folder into your 'DUI' folder).
