Okay, so we know now what the Rider motif Fullbottles do: Kamen Rides! But Ganbarizing also offers original designs for each Fullbottle when used in Trial Forms - just not together. I'm decidedly excluding them from the big Trial Form image since they aren't in the show and break up the nice pattern the chart has with the paired Fullbottles.Listed in order of appearance, the forms and Fullbottles are:
Ex-Aid Form: Doctor / Game
W Form: Tantei / USB Memory
Gaim Form: Orange / Lock
Wizard Form: Mahoutsukai / Diamond
OOO Form: Taka / Medal
Den-O Form: Momotaros / Densha
Fourze Form: Yuujou / Rocket
Ghost Form: Obake / Parka
Decade Form: Rider Card / Camera
All of these are official Legend Mix forms, no unofficial ones will be added. While Drive Form is on the DX Build Driver, It was omitted on the DX Evol Driver, so it may not see release. As it currently stands, this is a complete list.
Comments had to be closed, since there were so many times people asked for updates when there couldn't be any, or for Legend Mix combos that don't exist.

Also probably not going to happen at this point with the bottles he uses for Drive unless the Zi-O X Build movie or the Build post-series stage show has Sento use F1Saurus as an exclusive form, thus getting those bottles released, but even then, we'd still need the police man (Keisatsusan?) bottle.

I only just thought of this, but what if Friendship ends up being inorganic like Rocket? Decade's best match is Camera and Cards, so it's very possible...

I kinda figured Camera was meant to be a photographer since that's a trait relevant to Decade as a character, since it would otherwise be the only kind of combo that isn't following the theme.

It's a damn shame that they did it like this. Those Legend Rider halves look so damn good. GameDoctor and DetectiveUSB especially.
