Eugene was born in Italy not to long after his older brother was.
Eugene on the other hand was lucky enough Beelzebub found him in time and sent him away to his town, Belba to another family for safety, since they needed a back up if his brother would be killed by Lilith, they needed a replacement.

Eugene dosn't remember much from his childhood from than moving around a lot and alway feeling like he never fitted in anywhere.
Eugene around his teen years moved out from Belba in order to find something he liked, something he felt like where he belonged.
And thus he ended up somewhere in U.S, he wasn't sure where he was but the need to get back to the demon town grew bigger by each day passing.

The humans here looked at him strangly, some gave him looks, ready to kill him.
It happend often he got trash and other objects thrown at him since people thought he was some sort of cosplay nerd, which was not appreciated.

Years passed before Eugene came back to belba and decided to move in to the area of his childhood, The slum.
From this very day he moved back did he feel weird connection somewhere around the neightborhood, he constantly tried to shook it off but eventually did he find the source to what his soul was calling for.
One day did Eugene run into a another demon, someone his age, and his intrest in him imediently snapped up from his singing.
Eugene approached the demon who called himself "Billy".
They shared a few words and eventualy did both of them end up on the yard singing and lpaying guitarr with one another.
From this point on did the two meet up everyday and hanged out with eachother.
More demon beings gatherd and sat with the two, and not long from that was their band "nevro" formed.

Eugene was more then happy that he found Billy and the band they just had started,
sadly did Billy only stay for 2 years before he decided to leave the band due to pressure and feeling uncomfy with all the attention they got.
Eugene of course understood his decision and went on with with the band, but something was not like it should be,
Billy had vanished one day and was never seen around his area again.
sadly didnt Eugene have the time to look for Billy since the band went on tours and performances, but the thought of Billy suddenly vanishing stabbed him deep within, he didnt know why he reacted like this to Billy, but it was bothering and hurtful for him.

But sooner or later would the two be reunited once again as Eugene ran into Billy in town, a few years later,
happier then ever he clunged to him and kept molding on how much he had missed Billy, even so tried to convince him to join the band again, which Billy neglected and said he didn't have time for it, since he now had a Lady called Leia to look out for.

But they for sure begun to hang out, and for some weird reason did people give the two weird looks, manystating how they looked related and even
had motions or personality traits resembling eachother.
This shook Eugene as he would never think Billy was a family memeber, but eventually did the rumors of Lilith being killed by Tarroth leak out,
And Tarroth being the ruler of hell. Eugene confronted him on this, as the truth was spille out, Lilith was both of their mother, for years had they
hanged out, had a band and what know, without knowing they were actual brothers.
What was more convincing was when both of their eye colors turned to the familiar red and green as their mother had, at that point
did both of them know, they were brothers for sure, and now, will Eugene do anything to help his anti social brother out, showing him that having a family isn't bad at all, Eugene is more then happy to have Billy as his brother, and the puzzle pieces fell into place as it was confirmed why Eugene felt such a strong "attraction" towards Billy since the first time they met, all along was his soul trying to tell Eugene, Billy was his lost brother for years.
