Their love story didn't start out as lovey dovey as many would think. They first encounterd eachother during a invading from fallen pomas whom have founda way into her realm. At first, was Maura all about beating him up after stealing her venom from her tail and knocked her teeth out, which Endar only found hilarious that no matter what, Maura's attitude and rudeness stayed the same, until one day Endar got captured and thrown into a dungeon.

Maura were just going to go and see him, since she was all about chewing his ass up, and planned to break into his cell to beat him. That so however changed when she saw how bad condition Endar was in, and started too feel guilty.
They sooner or later began to talk a bit more as Maura came back to the dungeon to give him food and other supplies, and even helped him fixed a wound up that was invaded with maggots, she couldn't leave him like that, and not even herself understood in the end of it why she cared after what he had done to her.
Sooner or later did Endar open up for Maura and told about his past, which made Maura understand him more and he wasn't evil, just controlled and manipulated by his leader, Rakhan.

After the war was over, could she finally be with Endar in piece, after many fights both against Rakhan, The king of Dameria Jared, her own brothers and Endar himself. She in the end, proved them all wrong, that Endar wasn't that cruel, evil creature as they all thought.

Backstory summary;

Maura was born on a stormy winter day 10 000 years ago, up in the mountains by a demoness.
Her mother sadly passed away after giving birth too Maura as she was too sick and her body couldn't endure the pain the birth inflicted on her.
So her beloved father, Inmiac took her in under her arms, she thought she was going to have a good life, and she depended fully on her father.
But that ended quickly.
When maura turned around 20 years, was she forced under a strict training by her father, and she was barely allowed to have any breaks. 20 hours a day was she training, she trained so much and fighted against other females and even so weaker brothers, until one day her body collapsed. She fell into her first coma at the age of 25. but that didn't stop her father from pushing her over the limit. Cause as soon as she woke up again, was she forced out on the battlefield too begin hunting and kill again.
Her father wanted Maura as a assasin sort of, but her weak body couldn't handle being pushed so hard, and she kept collapsing over and over again, falling sick many times.

Many many years later, when she was heading too the field to her regular training, was she met by a human male.
Maura had never encounterd a human before, she had only heard "ghost storys" about them and how cruel they were against her species.
She got scared and fled the place, but the human had spotted her running away and followed her.
As Maura thought she was safe from the human in her training area, was she met minutes after by him peeking out from behind a tree.
She didn't know how to react and just froze in place. The male kindly tried to talk to her, but she hesitated and kept hiding and backing away from him.
She fled the plave eventualy, and came back the morning after.
And there he was again, the human had wen't out on the field and studied the set up dummy dolls her and her brothers had made.
For some reason did the sight of it calm Maura and she dared to get closer.

After that encounter, did the human male, also called Ali, came back everyday to watch Maura train, even so she taught him how to fight and protect himself.

They grew closer and closer as each day passed, and Maura eventually fell in love with Ali.
All things her father had told her wasn't true, cause Ali proved for Maura that he wasn't a blood thirsty human whom wanted her head on his wall, no. Maura took Ali places and showed him more of the world they lived in.
They were together in secret for years, and sooner or later did Maura mark Ali as her official mate.

how so.. their happy love story had to come too an end eventually, as one day when they were ahving a loving moment in their secret spot in the forest, had someone from Ali's village seen them.

Maura had a habit too follow Ali home every night so she knew he was safe, and she did the same that night too.
Kissing Ali goodnight and they were going to see eachother in the morning, the turned and ran on four to the forest. But something didn't seem right, she had a gut feeling that something was wrong. She got it confirmed as a familiar voice echoed out through the forest, nobody else's but Ali's. She quickly ran back too the village and without caring she ran into it, she didn't think humans were bad anymore, and thought Ali had gotten attacked by an animal...
But she found him squirming and screaming above a bonefire, with angry village people beneath it with lightned tourches.
He scraemed out to Maura to run away, flee the place, but she couldn't flee, she was scared. Her love were going to be burnt alive infront of her eyes. Villagers reacted on Ali's screaming adn turnt too see Maura standing in the middle of the village, tears going down her face.
She got stones thrown at her, tourches, spears, anything you could imagine as they shouted monster, abbomination, along with other hurting and cruel words, they yelled at Maura that she had be-witched Ali and there was no way saving him, satan have taking his soul.
Maura tried to speak up, screaming it wasn't true, that was just pure nonsense, but nobody listended as one villager had sneaked upon maura, knocked her down and put a rope around her neck in a tight grip, she was close to getting choaked, but the worst was, the last words, that she was now forced to watch the possesed bastard child burn on the stake, cause of the monster, her.

Maura had managed too flee the place after she had to play dead for the villagers. Before she ran off had she grabbed Ali's burnt corpse, and burried it by one of her favorite places.

She was filled with anger, she was hurt, she ahd to take revenge for Ali's sake.
After she had burried Ali, did she head back home, which her siblings reacted on. Maura was bruised, cut up and burnt. She said she gotten attacked by a village of humans, told the direction, and that village, never exsisting after that again. It got whiped out by a raging father.

Maura after this event, sufferd from nightmares, grew more closed and never showed feelings again, she acted on aggressivness and was always rude, she grew so mean too a point, that even her siblings began to fear her, because at any second could she latch out and beat the shit out of someon. Maura kept training, she pushed herself twice as hard as before, she collapsed over and over again, but she didn't care, she had to take her anger out on something, and traning was her only way to ease the pain of her loss out.
