though he knows full well dash is perfectly capable of taking care of herself, soarin likes to think of himself as her bodyguard, always ready to defend his lovely wife from danger; yet its always dash who has to keep soarin from foolishly getting himself killed(Just Like Old Times)

dashie just really hates the whole bodyguard bs. on many occasions she demanded he drop it, for the kids', if not for her sake?please?

soarin acquired a lot of scars+the prosthetic wing from the Grand™ bodyguard act. dashie's scars are from a combination of past adventures, failed stunts and saving her husband's dumb ass

soarin is simultaneously the airhead and the voice of reason. how does that work? idfk

they have pet names for each other- theyre either kinda cliche or playful jabs there is no in between

despite being much bigger than dash, soarin cannot ever outwrestle her for shit

they love both their kids equally & are cool with them doing whatever as long they dont get themselves in too much trouble.

dash is still friends with quibble pants, whom she gave the role of the Royal Court Advisor(also her personal babysitter just in case)
