back with the gumball bullshit lads. srry i binged a bunch of new eps and couldnt believe i just let tawog die on me like that, so here i am with a retcon of my nextgen!!! aria got bitcher as a watterson should be and angel now actually has a personality

dumb facts:
was a big fat accident baby; their dads were almost close to putting the past behind them & making amends before aria's very existence birthed a new brand of tension between them. gumball was absent in the first years of aria's life, other than dropping paychecks to support rob and the kid, and only connected with his child when they turned six. even then, rob & gumball continue living separately and prefer staying that way (apart from the occasional awkward outing and obligatory reunions), with aria crashing at their pa's place every other week. both dads considered aria's well-being above everything, as 'nemeses' (as in, at this point they bicker over the smallest of things, rob retains a grudge, gumball is fed up and theyre both just tired), they agreed it was for the best that they kept their distance.
they secretly yearn for nothing more than a 'whole' family and hopes gumball and rob get over themselves so they can be happy together. their grasp family--and relationships in general--is extremely naive, topped with a force field of denial should anyone attempt to knock the truth into their head.
initially found a "nemesis" in hot dog guy (real name jason doug), gumball's newfound boyfriend. hdg replicates his previous cringeworthy relationship with gumball to aria, although he does make an effort to befriend and be a good father figure to his new 'stepdaughter.' aria, on the other hand, sees him as a threat to their dreams of bringing their family together; how could pa try to replace dad?!? (tho the truth is thats not at all in gumball's intentions) riri has tried to get rid of hdg, and would have pressed much further than mere sabotage had cousin angel not had the role as their impulse control.
they are simultaneously book smart and absolute dumbass rep; one time they mistook the 20/20 on their quiz for the word 'salsa.'
as they grow older, parts of their body develop signs of glitching out. along with a a bit of a memory problem.
pointing a working tv remote at them will effect certain features (as it did with rob's voice); in ari's case, the eyes act as a screen and theyll go blind until their vision is restored. their dad forbade them from using a remote since the incident: dont like channel that's currently showing? too bad, stand up and change it yourself!
they have a talent for rapping eminem style. so yes they'll always sound mildly pissed when singing.

angel & aria are an inseparable duo, just as their fathers were in their youth. they, too, act as moral ground support to aria, though they themselves have moments where they go against their own word of advice and act out.
they are very ambitious when it comes to singing & dancing. their biggest aspiration is to make it big to stardom, shing so bright that they are the very definition of pop culture!! because of this, they tend to overdo it with their fitness regime and other means of an early preparation for their future...their parents are getting concerned.
is part of elmore jr high's cheer leading squad; just as with their dreams, they take their role in the team very, very seriously.
they're very athletic in general, being able to run halfway through town without tiring out.
is close to winter!! they often perform duets or go shopping together. their relationship with alexandra is greatly contrasting in that its very strained...alex is just too much to handle!!
