hm, I looked around but unfortunately I couldn't find the original...but it's very similar to the grungy looking one in this pack [link] (**direct download link**)
I used it as a paper texture (using it as a brush texture may work too)
Or else, the file was titled "parchment paper" so maybe you can google something like that
