In another Sound Effects Wiki in a nutshell, This is a fanfiction involving yet another cursed rejected episode of Poohs Adventures.
Based on Recess Season 2: Weekend at Muriel’s (1998), Family Guy Season 7: 420 (2009).

Once, there was Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Mega Man, Kirby, Ribbon, Bandana Dee, Pikachu, Pichu Bros., Yumetaro, Chacha, Riiya, Shiine, The Powerpuff Girls, Arle, Carbuncle, Banjo and Kazooie approaching and sneaking under the window at Quagmire’s House.
Pooh: You sure about that?
Mega Man: Are you kidding? Who knows what horrible torture is like.
They peek into Peter’s window, watching Peter shaving a cat but it might be something wrong inside.
Peter: Yeah, shaving time! Hand me the razor.
Pooh almost talk but Bandana Dee covered his mouth to remain silence.
Bandana Dee: Shush.
Pooh: I am shushed.
Cleveland, Joe and Brian watches Peter shaving the cat.
Then Peter killed it and made the noise of the screech bomb ctay 4 out of it.
Pooh and the gang got shocked and terrified of the screech bomb Peter dropped.
[bgm: SpongeBob Six Powerful Cues (d)]
Bubbles: Oh my! (Reaction referred to Cleveland and Brian)
Buttercup: For crying out loud!
Blossom: What a creepy noise!
Bandana Dee: He dropped the screech bomb!
Shiine’s dark blue realization background with a big Temple Bell gong sound, ala Akazukin ChaCha Ep. 47, the music paused.
Shiine (thinking): That’s right, I know what unpleasant ear worm I've been falling for.
[the music resumes.]
Peter: Will you guys relax? He's got eight more lives! *chop* OK only seven more lives. *chop* Six, *chop* Five, *chop* Four, *chop Three...
Joe: Peter stop doing what you’re doing.
[six powerful cues d ends]
Ribbon: Yikes, that’s so cruel.
Pooh: Oh, bother.
Kirby: Somehow I knew it was coming for me to fall for.
Eeyore: I guess he should’ve say D'oh.
Piglet: He-he-he must be a daredevil.
Arle: More like a Daredevil who killed a cat-manian devil. Right Carby?
Carbuncle: Gu-gu.
Minits: I know that.
Bandana Dee: Wow, that’s obvious.
Kirby: What a dangerous interesting point we’ve got, kid.
Pikachu: Pika.
ChaCha: But you know I've seen and heard pretty unpleasant and horrible moment in my life, but this ticked off screech bomb...is just...siiiick.
Mega Man: Guys, Let’s promise never to talk about this.
Pooh’s gang responding to Mega Man: We promise!
So Pooh and the gang walks away, as the Aho Bird flies over Quagmire's House saying Aho three times to it.
Kazooie: Well, the screech bombs sounds still very mad. Apparently I guess whoever dropped some irritating violently sonic scrrrrreech bombs may become such a jerk so their day is ruined. That means it’s going to suck.
Banjo: Kazooie!
Bandana Dee: Would you please quit playing Topic Fighter, Banjo-Kazooie, You know what Mega Man said! Next time I think we like my view to be much less irritating and scary.
Yumetaro (thinking): I wonder if there is Joe Bear to watch whoever drops screech bombs because he hates it.
[transition: Spongebob Bubbles Wipe]

So to that day, Pooh and the gang did not blame Peter for dropping Screech Bomb but killing it for good, just to make time paradox. I think this Family Guy clip reminded me of Brentalfloss SMW Ending theme with lyrics (Exact number Screech Bomb is heard in the end of the music video) which reminds me of the ending of South Park Kyle’s Mom is a B word song and Mario’s Goal Calamity (The Crashing Ending one), as well as Flesk’s TV Show 2 (OMG You killed the clone part) and Monsters Inc (One More Time!). For this, they had to find something that may drown out the hatred of sound, just like Squidward in Idiot Box.
Each one has to say like: I gotta try to relax! Perhaps I could drown out my hatred of sound with a little (thing)!
And other words, I can't help myself imagining the sound of Peter chopping would be replaced with a sound of killing a Slime in MapleStory so he might have to finish the quest and level up.
