Since I've recently saw Eilige drew Ami Mizuno to celebrate Sailor Mercury's Birthday, I had a feeling I've decided to draw yet another Sailor Moon fan art too, in a same style as my previous Sailor Saturn artwork, a Pop'n Music style. Plus, putting her in seashell bra and pretty sailor cosplay narikiri high-waisted swimsuit could be a pretty extraordinary incorporation. She's smart enough to teach about facts of the breeze of the ocean to cool down in the beach on the hot days.
