I liked this legendary pokemon!
I drew this fast by using mouse, then pen tool and coloring by photoshop. ^^
( I just noticed that is has 2 winged tail. I thought it was one winged. -_-;; )

i thought it was quite easy to draw (except the legs), because it looks simple and cute at the same time. ^^
about the background. i don't know what type victini is, but usually these little legendaries are psychics, but victini doesn't look like one.
so, i thought making this background would suit all the types, i guess.

i was focusing on finishing this drawing quickly instead of looking at vicniti's picture carefully. this is why i missed the second wing, but i'm still happy with it. X3
