First elnin I've posted possibly? X3 This one belongs to me, and I've named her Sunleth... because I quite like that track, hee. I'm working on having elnins be the first adopts I make available officially, so there should be more info/more examples popping up soon. ^^~ Sunleth is inspired by that feeling I get on nice mornings, when I step outside and it's warm and there's a cool breeze, and I just bathe in the sun for a few solid minutes because life is good. <3

Something like that, yes! I'm still not settled on the exact mechanics, but elnin horns come and go.. either seasonally like deer.. or magically summoned (which is where I'm leaning atm). In this case, having them visible would be the equivalent of people getting dressed to look nice, wearing makeup or doing your hair etc. A social thing.

Quite possibly! Though I imagine they're more likely to gravitate to festivals held in the cities, since they can't compete with the larger/humanoid races when it comes to throwing big elaborite parties. xD
Any Elnin-only gatherings would probably small, clandestine meetings where they do mysterious magical things.
