This actually looks decent
As an anime style picture, it looks nice. The coloring is also pretty good.
I do have to day that the linework might need more practice, but it still looks nice

Somehow I have a feeling I've seen her before... A wonderful drawing. Your technique makes it look like it was done with either ink or watercolor. Personally I'd have used a darker palette for the hair since the butterflies are very bright and colorful but that's my preference only. Good job on this amazing artwork~

Thank you ^^ i tried putting an effect on it it did darken the hair but since i shaded with purple it looked out of place when it went darker so i changed my mind... anyways i will work on it^^ thank uu

Very nicely done!
I particularly like the highlights on her hair and body, but the clothing could be better highlighted. There are a few shadows that don't seem to be cast by anything in particular (maybe you changed the position of hair strands or something?). the eye closest to the viewer also doesn't quite seem to be in the socket. I think it's that the line underneath it needs to be a little longer. There is kind of a blotch of paint on top of her head, as if an item was erased. Put like streaks of the darker brown, or the gold, in there. Her little bead decoration is so cute 
The butterflies are lovely 
I want her hair, it's so magical!

Actually they are butterflies! And as for the top of the hair i did delete a hair accessory i put over there ( seems itvlooks so obvious:/)
