So I finally finished this girly girl
I didn't make a background. Booyah. I'm tired of them. Cuz I absolutely fail at backgrounds.
She looks kinda upset... Maybe it's because I made this when I taught Nakora-oneesan how to draw Rouge. And she made a sleeping Rouge, and wanted me to draw a dummy Sonic there who wakes her up. So that's why she's angry.

This is a very nice piece of work and a good presentation of original take on the character and of course your workings of digital art. Your approach to Rouge is good and you seem to have a good grasp of the character and working with the anatomy along side. With the design, the posture certainly has that seductive charm and attention that she always expels, but it feels a little lacking with some areas of the anatomy. While what you've done isn't a bad thing nor approach wrong it just needs to be worked on a little more and loosened up to make it have that pop! The design is good, but it looks clustered together, the torso is designed well yet the arms and legs in the way they appear look very oddly structured. For example, the arm on the right side is longer than the one on the left and while this might because of the angle you were aiming for it does feel that her arm on the right has extensions since her body appears tall and straight with no lean to make it seem more plausible. It's small things like that which if considered to be worked on some more could open up your art and great deal more and really give it more charm. That's not to say you've bad by no means, but it just doesn't hit the mark quite yet.
