I am assuming this is a fractal. And it's quite lovely. It actually reminds me of a wonderful pendant I have that's azurite and malachite. There are little orangey swirls in the stone that look a bit like these. Congrats on the DD!

sorry, but I don't understand how this is a DD. I don't like the color choice, it's too dark, and all in all it's a not very interesting fractal.

It's a simple, neat and effective piece. A DD is not an award, it is a feature. The people who feature the art are a specific category. This did well in its category. Simple.
