well the pic was actually colored but very sketchy...so i scanned it and played around with it in Photo Shop Elements: changeing contrast, introverting it, then useing the smudge tool and what have you

well if you are able to get a tablet you can get hoto shop elements...the ture version of Photo Shop costs an arm and a leg...some rangeing up to 700 dollars

thats about the best thing you can do at the moment......i have a tablet my self i rarely use it but it came with Photo Shop Elements, Corel Painter, and Color Efex...there good programs, but not a good as the real thing
