Each one of us used different materials.  Mine is made out of PVC pipe that you can find at your local hardware store.  You can find the templates on www.mandalorianmercs.com.  The people on there will help you out on when you need it.  You can either buy the helmet online or make it yourself.  I bought mine from Ebay for 30.99 with free shipping.  If you have any questions, send me a note and I will do the best that I can to help you out.  Thank you buddy.
