Does it count for Inktober if it's an animation, I wonder? Even if it's just a little two-frame animation I did in Photoshop, haha.

Anyway, yet another new character. They're some kind of eldritch horror alien humanoid with terrible taste in everything, a poor grasp on what constitutes a human, and a strong desire to just be able to chill. They don't really have a concept of gender, and they're trying really hard to find six-eyed sunglasses and shirts that will fit them (there aren't that many that are cut for tentacles, as far as they know).

The character was drawn in SAI, and the gltich effects and animation were done in Photoshop using a number of tutorials and my own playing around with settings!
