Description
Someone asked me to do some more from the 'Fractal Wasp Troll' hybrid.This is another insect from the same combo. Playing around with the new imagemap feature in Mandelbulb 3D.
Background cloud (my own stock) added in Photoshop.
I think this will be a series, zoomed in on the "eye shape" just below the middle and found a seahorse, and when I did a big render of that I found a real alien...

Sadly no Kali-formulas in here, just the classic mandelbox, mandelbulb and the CommQuat as extra spice... I will see what happens if I change that to one of yours...

yeah, though I find the program good, but it's slow and hard to get the hybrids to work heh. Heh gives me some hope that I might be able to beat it some decade.
