Here are the forms that Naruto might take in Super Smash Anime
Row 1 from left to right:

Note 1: Bijuu Aura cannot be equipped on the same skill-set as Kyuubi Chakra Mode. This is due to the fact that "Bijuu Aura" is Naruto tapping into Kurama's chakra before learning to properly control it, whereas Kyuubi Chakra Mode is Naruto tapping Kurama's chakra after separating it from Kurama's will.

Note 2: Version 1 is depicted here with one tail but can have up to nine tails. Each tail increases the power boost.

Note 3: Rage refers to Kurama taking over. Technically, Version 1 & Version 2 (base) can also activate in "Rage Mode". When Naruto uses Bijuu Aura or Version 1, if his rage reaches a certain point, he becomes uncontrollable. From this point onward, any damage Naruto takes increases his rage causing him to grow more tails while progressing through Version 2 (4 tails), Version 2 (6 tails w/bones), & Partial Transformation (8 tails), ultimately ending in Bijuu Mode.

Note 4: Kurama Mode & Bijuu Mode (row 3) are actually the same transformation. Naruto appears as Kurama Mode inside Bijuu Mode. Shadow clones created during Bijuu Mode also appear in Kurama Mode even without Kurama's form appearing around them. In Kurama Mode, Naruto has the ability to summon/unsummon Bijuu Mode.
> Additionally, if Naruto & Minato were to perform Potara fusion , the resulting character's Bijuu Mode would look the same as Bijuu Mode (rage) due to him containing the complete Kurama (as opposed to just Ying & Yang halves). Kushina would also possess this complete transformation (even though she no longer contains Kurama she still retains her jinchuuriki powers).
> Bijuu Sage Mode is literally just a combination of Kurama Mode and Toad Sage. The only difference in appearance from Kurama Mode is the cross shaped pupils & Sage Mode eye markings .
> Sorry about the thick lines on Kurama Mode, my tablet's pressure sensitivity drivers don't work on Windows 10, so my lines ended up thicker than I intended. I'll try to use a lighter brush setting in the future. I hope I can get a new drawing tablet, but that's kinda low on my list of expenses, probably somewhere between RPG Maker MV and Nintendo 3DS.

Note 5: The mystery form that will go on the far right of the top row comes from a short filler section of Naruto Shippuden. Naruto only uses it once and it unable to use it again due to the source of the form being destroyed. I'll give you one more hint: the form bears a striking resemblance to a certain Marvel superhero. I'll reveal it early if anyone can guess it correctly!
