Disclaimer: I know there are a lot of people who hate Dragonball GT and anything to do with it (such as SSJ4) but unless a new anime series is released that overwrites the events of GT, I have to count it as part of the Dragonball anime continuity. Even if I didn't count GT as canon, I would still probably include SSJ4 for the sake of it being a potential ability. Note that I count Super Saiyan God to be more powerful than Super Saiyan 7 (which combines the powers of SSJ3 & SSJ4), thus keeping it as the most powerful transformation. I am open to discuss the reasons behind the inclusion of Super Saiyan 5-7 transformations.
Retcon: In SSA, the reason Goku didn't use Super Saiyan Blue in Dragonball GT was because his reversion to a child made it impossible for him to use Godly Ki. He later regained this ability during the timeskip before the GT special & epilogue .

Note 1: Pump Up & Max Power can be combined with other transformations. Super Saiyan Phase II is SSJ + Pump UP and Super Saiyan Phase III is SSJ + Max Power. I am not going to draw SSJ Phase II or III because it would be redundant. The Pump Up transformations are depicted wearing the Sentou Jacket so as to better show the added muscle mass.
Note 2: Goku cannot have both Pseudo Super Saiyan (GSSJ) & Super Saiyan Full Power (SSJFP) in the same skill set because GSSJ is a partial transformation into SSJ performed randomly when attempting to go SSJ before learning Full Power. SSJFP is virtually the same as SSJ except that it doesn't drain Goku's ki (allowing him to retain it indefinitely as long as his ki doesn't reach 0). The reason GSSJ is treated this way is because if the events of DBZ: SSJ Goku (Dub: DBZ: Lord Slug) are to take place, they would have to occur during the timeskip between Goku's return from Yardrat & the appearance of Artificial Humans #19 & #20. [See Age 762 for more details]
Note 3: Auras are only shown when the aura is constant. Note that the presence of a plasma aura intermixed with SSJ aura is determined by power, not form. Every level of SSJ has been depicted with a plasma aura at some point or another.
Note 4: The Super Saiyan Blue transformations are a combination of God Aura & the respective SSJ transformation. Although God Aura is called Saiyan Beyond God this does not mean it is more powerful than SSJG, it simply means that the Saiyan has learned to use Godly Ki . SSJB7 is now Goku's most powerful transformation and is no longer an incomplete version of SSJG because it has been officially established that SSJB is stronger than SSJG. SSJG can only be used unsder the same circumstances as the anime.
Note 5: Super Great Monkey (AKA Golden Great Ape) is the combination of Great Monkey and any of the first three Super Saiyan transformations. There is only one version for all three SSJ transformations. Goku cannot have both SSJ4 & Great Monkey in the same skill set because SSJ4 is an evolution of the Great Monkey transformation. Due to the added stability of SSJB, if Goku were to go Super Great Monkey Blue, he would instantly evolve to SSJ4B because the Godly ki would allow him to keep a level head and rein in control over his Great Monkey transformation.
To-do List: 1) Redo SSJ3, SSJ7, SSJ3B, & SSJ7B's eyebrows to match the canon depiction 2) Change SSJ4B's hair color to match SSJG 3) Add versions of SSJG & SSJB with their respective auras 4) Add SSJB Kaiouken
