The way he words it makes it clear that, while he is theorizing that it's the reason people like bimbos, it's also the way he thinks. "WE want women to act like women", for example, instead of they. Also, the fact that he thinks misandry is a widespread problem. It's not, and the relatively few women who are misandrists definitely don't offset the gigantic impact of male privilege.

Fetishes are not a rational thing with a clear, simple reason behind them. They're just weird emotional and irrational reactions to ever more weird things.
A lot of fetishes assign a dominant role to one person and a submissive role to another.
Following your logic, the existence of dominatrices, giant women, muscular women, and every single fetish where the woman is the dominant part should mean that they exist to "overcompensate the abundance of misogynist jerks".
But they don't exist to overcompensate anything one way or another.

well my theory about all the troops where the women is the dominant part is a form of satire, like Animal Farm.
