This is so appropriate since we were just learning about WWII and the atomic bomb in Socials class the other day.

This turned out great!
Can't wait to see the follow up and punchline to this great setup.
The illustrations are great, really true to the characters and the lines are very clean. Great expressions too, really add to everything and tie it all together.
The framing and positioning is good and reflects their conversation.
The colored speech bubbles with the border are easy to read and follow.

I really like how you executed this. It was this particular comic in the series why I didnt carry on with the manehatten project myself (that, and the whole Tub Time thing)
I have all my comics laid out in my head before I draw them. This one actually scared me, be cause it was always going to be a transition into the funnier comics that followed... but I couldn't figure out how to make this one funny.
I think the bomb drawing does it, that, and scoots expression at the end. Bravo sir.

I definitely had the idea in my head. I did have to flip everyone around to get panel 4 to work right. I love all the people on the panel comments freaking out.
