Well Scootaloo used Sweetie Belle's inability, to control her magic to make a herself jet propelled. In Birdco's comics, Sweetie Belle can only make things, combust, or start on fire. Sweetie's magic makes lemons act like miniature bombs, and that's the biggest reason why lemons are banned to minors. All because of Sweetie's magic.
