Wait, no. I don’t think that’s how it goes.

Anyway, once in a while Dark well get fed up with his needy parasitic “friend” and refuse to feed it, making it very angry (and hungry) so it will take it’s anger out on him via his insides, mainly his heart, which coincidentally is right above the mouth. It’ll use it’s powerful tongue to punch him in the diaphragm, (which is right under his heart) until he satisfies it’s hunger. And if he where to still refuse it food, it would then rip through his diaphragm, rip out his heart and eat it. (it won’t really die since he and it are separate beings, it will just continue to devour what it can and free itself from his hollowed body and find some one else to inhabit. It’s fucked up)
