Linguini and Remy are my most favorite character. (I CHERISH RATATOUILLE) IT's the best PIxar film, to my vote, that I've ever seen.
About the drawing. I love the shadings you use and how you make it so Parisian-esque. That's really SWEET. I love the moment Linguini and Colette are city together in the sidewalks of Paris.
Your drawing kind of reminds me of the short Your Friend the Rat. I loved that short film as well. It's really funny to watch Remy and the hidden Linguini(s) in 2D.

Cool! You know Kingdom Hearts as well. I never played the game, but I was introduced into it by my Anime/Pixar/Disney friends on DA and in school. 
It's better off to maintain Sora as a cute little rodent than being a human (normal form). It will bring great challenges and may reflect something upon him as he step into the world of rejection of Remy's species.
It would also be fun to see Sora struggle a little with cooking. (You know, he's a fighter, not a chef) That's when the player comes in to help.
