Why does he grieve over the person who stole his life?

*...or are you talking about him grieving over someone else?

Grief over himself? But how do you mean he "stole his own life"?

I meant Sick is the creator and he technically ruined the life of Normal Simon, who endured monsters and a insane doctor.

Actually... "Book" Simon was a projection of him, struggling within for the overcome of his own fears and grieves.
So technically, it was not someone else.. It was the same person.

What if all 'three' Simon's were different people?

Then it would be a great mess.. Lol
Three Simon's? For all i know, there's just one Simon, being that the alternate "versions" of his are nothing but projections of himself, on his mind.
When he kills himself(Book Simon kills Sick Simon), he's actually assuming that his depression was all given by his fault. As a depressed person, he grieves over the facts, assuming the responsibility over all of it and believing that it was all his own fault. He also depicts himself as a "sick, disabled" person, a "monster", and believes that the better answer to his own problems, such as everyone else's, would be by killing himself, and actually committing suicide in real life.
When "Sick Simon kills Book Simon", he's actually struggling within to overcome his own "sickness". Remember, Book Simon was a projection of himself, in which his inner struggle manifested in his mind and on the book as well, so it means he also makes part of his mental "world". If that's the case, then in order to get rid of the sickness for complete, it was precise that he killed every "monster" and remaining "memories", such as himself.
It could also depict himself in his current state, his feelings of loneliness and depression. It could also depict shattered memories of his teenagehood and what he suffered in the past. If that's the case, then the Real Simon was actually older, but still grieving over the events that occurred in his life in the past, and led him to his current state of depression, seen at his current age. But i don't really know if that was confirmed, though..

Draw? Uhm.. First off, this "Reflection" drawing isn't mine, and second, i don't think my skills are proper enough for me to make such a draw. And i never worked with this before. So nope, i'm sorry.
