Well, I tried, but I seem to always get the head, elbows, fingers, face, and hair wrong when drawing people

Just keep trying, it takes a lot of practice Draw different things, and the same things over again until you get it right. Plus, everyone has their own style...

Just wondering. Most people that have those anime pictures, glimmering an shining, use Photoshop for coloring right? I viewes a tutorial that mentioned that and it made me feel done that I thought it was all done by real materials. What do you color with?

Yes most of those are done with Photoshop, Some are done with other mediums though.(Watercolors, Or they're EXTERMELY skilled with Copic markers)
I use Colored pencils, and Copic Sketch Markers. ^_^
