It's a good start! I think you should stripp off some parts of her dress, now it looks a bit overloaded. Perhaps that "birdtail" in the back. You woulnd't go out in the woods patrolling/hunting wering that.
The birds are lovely bthw.

allora: la tipa ha l'attaccatura dei capelli troppo alta, le fa il frontone. Poi l'uccello in alto a sinistra ha l'ala a destra un pΓ² smonca. Il naso Γ¨ grosso e la mano che sta a sinistra della tipa tiene in mano l'asta in un modo impossibile, amenochΓ© non riesca a sfidare la fisica. (o forse ha un mignolo incredibilmente muscoloso) (ne dubito.)

I think if you add some highlights it would really make this picture an eye popping one of a kind.
so far you lighting and reflections are looking good. I suggest making the water more glossy.
