Yosh, now that everyone and their brother/mother has drawn stuff to do with the revelations from Naruto 367, it's my turn! I've been a fervent supporter of the father/son theory ever since I started reading the manga over 2 years ago and I'm glad we were proved right!!

This is a revamped version of one of my very first pieces of Naruto fanart (you can see it here if you wish to compare hiddengems.deviantart.com/art/… which is surprisingly still quite popular... Back then I had absolutely no idea what I was doing for pretty much anything, and even if that's still true today in some respect, I'm glad to see that the last 2 years have indeed made a difference. I'd been meaning to do a new version for months and months, and of course last week's chapter made it absolutely impossible to resist any longer.

So this is of course (and regrettably) completely AU. But if the Kyuubi had never attacked Konoha, can't you just imagine Kushina asking Minato to look after Naruto while she gets dinner ready (or maybe just runs to Ichiraku Ramen *he he*) and coming back to her men asleep and looking oh-so-comfortable...? Would *you* have the heart to wake them up?
