Dust MAY have the agility and possibly speed advantage, but that's really the only advantage he has. Dust is strong enough to bring gunships out of the sky, which is still darn strong, but Link has been able to lift and throw a massive column of granite (insert Death Battle calculations from Link vs Cloud here). Dust is more creative with his technique and combos, but Link's arsenal would probably tip the odds in his favour. Dust could possibly be able to counter most of Link's projectiles, but will become VERY reliant on the Dust Storm, which causes him to fall under fatigue if used for too long. And with limited energy supply, Dust would just be fighting under a timer. Link would make quick work of Dust when Dust becomes tired. 

Don't get me wrong, Dust is my favourite swordsman in video games and I would definitely root for him, but I'm afraid I don't see him winning this one. He would definitely put up a fight, but Link would walk away the victor.

As much as I like Dust an Elysian Tale, I know better that Link would win, but I'd still root for Dust anyways.
