You knew this would happen eventually, didn't ya?This thought has been in my mind for a while: "What if Ren & Stimpy warped themselves to the same time as their old cartoon versions?" Note that I changed the time to 1930 for some reason.
Here's the story: We all know that despite being an eediot, Stimpy is a wiz at inventing. Right now he created a prototype for a time machine. He & Ren try it out, & wind up warping to 1930. Meanwhile, in 1930, Ren is angry at Stimpy for accidentally breaking a piece of the Chihuahua Family China (According to mock history, Ren's last name was originally Chihuahua, but the cartoonist that created him eventually decided that Hoek was funnier, & so the name stuck.) The two classic cartoon characters were completly caught off guard by the time machine crashing through their house. They were also more suprised by the fact that the two people in the time machine were...Their Future versions!
Sorry if I hadn't drawn anything for a while. I'm slowly recovering from this $@#^ art block.
I stink at side views, I know.

The 30's version of Ren Hoek is similar to the characters in SpiderHam #1.

John K was planning to draw Ren and Stimpy in a similar style during the commercial shorts for the show, but the execs thought the audience wouldn't understand why they were being drawn in a different style. Sucks we never got to see that, huh?

There IS a Chipmunks cartoon where Alvin, Simon & Theodore go back in time to their 60's selves to convince past-Alvin NOT to quit singing. Clyde Crashcup made the time machine. I haven't seen it, but time paradoxes have to be carefully handled to make even 4-D sense.
