Eh, I like Persian and he could do with some stat boosts...This design is based partially on a lion and mostly on an even snobbier looking version of Persian, so I went with a royalty theme and gave it long, flowing locks. The other bonus is that the long hair fits in with the 'give it crazy hair!!' theme of the official Mega designs
I didn't want to go overboard with adding new colours as Persian has quite a simple design, so I just made it go back to having Meowth markings.

But I would just make two versions. A short haired one with these whiskers, given the mustache look of them.
And a smaller whiskered long haired one.
But that's just my opinion, this is still brilliant.
