Eh, I like Persian and he could do with some stat boosts...This design is based partially on a lion and mostly on an even snobbier looking version of Persian, so I went with a royalty theme and gave it long, flowing locks. The other bonus is that the long hair fits in with the 'give it crazy hair!!' theme of the official Mega designs
I didn't want to go overboard with adding new colours as Persian has quite a simple design, so I just made it go back to having Meowth markings.

I don't even like Meowth/Persian, but I can tell you that I'd use the **** out of him if it had a mega that looked like this. The fabulous hair, the confident appearance, and that all too smug/douchebaggish look...it fits the poke perfectly!
If there's ever a contest where GF asks the community to present and vote for fan-made megas, I'll be right there with a vote and a link to this page to show others this snobby cat.Β

If only I could transfer my Meowth and if only this were real, I'd DEFINITELY use it.

You'll be able to transfer your Meowth soon, but unfortunately mega persian is still non-existent. Darn!

I'm saying that because my Meowth is on a Soulsilver emulator on my computer. Can't transfer him from emulator to game, I believe. |'D
At least I actually plan on buying Soulsilver. Playing it on the emulator made me want to actually buy it, instead of getting it for free like I did.

I really like this. Honestly I don't like what Nintendo is doing to the newest PokΓ©mon game, their designs and this whole mega thing. But I gotta say in all honesty if this was actually in the game I'd consider buying one. Persian is one of my faves and you made him look awesome. C:

I hope Persian does get a Mega Evolution... or at least a regular evolution. The most recent Shiny PokΓ©mon I found was a Meowth, which is now a Persian, but its colors are pretty much the same as the original (just slightly lighter and the inside of its ears are pink). I hope its (Mega)Evolution would have a different Shiny color scheme.

Mmm shiny Persian's colours aren't all that different. I think Garchomp's shiny is worse though, he's just ever so slightly darker and it's still hard to see the difference even with the shiny sprite next to the normal one
But if Persian does get a new evo, different shiny colouring would be pretty great!
