Some notes:I'm using Gumi as a new pattern to align bones and it increases a lot the compatibility with animations.

Guys, I got a question about animating these bodies, how can you animate them if some of their body parts (ex:. IKChain04) are not registered in the "frame manipulation" tab? I can register the frames but since it doesn't show in the timeline I can't see it later to delete or manipulate.

I wrote a tutorial showing how to get full rigged models from DOA5U here:

(You need to look for the tutorial, I don't remember the page where the tutorial is).
The process is practically the same, I just used mario's pmd max script in order to import a pmd skeleton (gumi in this case), use it as a pattern to align doa5 model limb bones using the aligment function in 3ds max, then I rescaled the mesh and renamed manually the basic bones needed (limbs, hands, fingers, bottom body, 2 upper bodies, neck and head), I redid the 4 ik chains for legs and parented the lower and upper body from the original DOA5 character to a center or groove bone I keep from a previous imported pmd skeleton. After that, I export the skeletal mesh as smd, them I erase the mesh and export solely the skeleton to pmd using mario's pmd maxscript. The smd exported from 3ds max, I import it to blender 2.6 and export it to pmx using pymeshio exporter. In pmx editor, I just open the skeleton exported from 3ds max, I do some edit (parenting and hidingΒ bones, check ik's, etc..), save the skeleton as pmx and over that skeleton I import the pmx exported from blender, then I just need to order materials correctly, copy and paste names from material names to difuse slots and start working with collisions and physics. After that, I use face bones in transform view to generate the target morphsΒ needed for facial expresions and that's all.

Because mario's importer supports morphs, so that's why I want to take advantage of that. All the morphs from doa5u I've ported come from deforming the mesh using facial bones. Actually I ported your model until I reealized that the faacial bone is actually not accurate and the skirt pluging didn't work that well with hitomi's hair.
