Very nice. I like the change to the structure of the face. If she's the queen, I think she should naturally be the most thick overall, so I guess I'd draw the line at about her size?
The changes to the outfit are nice too. I like the purple stone things; they make the whole outfit look more royal. Also, the thigh strap things are nice.
