Woohoo, I just finished my first custom My Little Pony Minifig and I couldn't be prouder of how it turned out! This here is Little Pip from Fallout Equestria an amazing crossover fiction that if no one has noticed as of late I have been obsessing a bit over
Anywho I wanted to give customizing a minifigure a shot since it'd be fun, I'd have one of my favorite Ponies in my collection, and to be honest this was amazing practice for both painting and modeling with clay. I'm actually really surprised with how well the eyes came out since I'm not that good at drawing eyes to begin with, let alone paint them. Still they're pretty good in my mind.
And in case your wondering her revolver, Lil' Macintosh, was made out of a playmobile revolver and a few spare Warhammer bitz.
Anyway that's all, tell me what you guys think and if you're interested I'm uploading the step by step of making this in my Scraps folder.

It's a good thing to obsess over- Kkat can be a big-time writer, and I have no doubts about it. A 600,000+ word novel. About ponies. Wow.

Yeah I had necron bits so I was considering the green transparent bits but in the end went for the regular flying stand. Now I must make a zebra rifle!

Yeah, I have a few rifles to make such a gun but they are off scale. I also have two other minifigs to convert, an applejack and rainbowdash recolor, I'm just trying to figure out what to make next.

Not yet, I don't have any doubles in my collection yet, what I was thinking of doing when I get extras was make a space mare-ine army. But seeing A Little Pip I might just have to try my hand at Fallout Ponies too.

That'd be cool, though from a warhammer perspective they are definitely bigger targets than standard figs so to compensate they'd have to be placed on bigger bases and can then be shot at easier. If you are going for a pony themed army I would either only use them as Special Characters assigned to squads or as bike units if you could get the guys mounted on them. Also the figures standing on their hind legs are particularly hard to work with. Their legs are too close together to make cool chest armor while their hair covers a good portion of their back so for any customization for those ones be prepared to actually cut up the model before anything else.
Anyway glad I could give you some inspiration and if you do make any of those models send me a picture, I'd love to see them

I bought one of those 12 packs of minifigs since they come with the mane six, plus six others. Of course I was also short a bit on money so three of them were haggled out of my possession and given to my sister
That's still two more to custom though, if you have the 30 bucks plus modelling supplies I think it'd be your best bet outside of brushable ponies
