look ive been doing graphics for 8 yrs i now all about useing peoples work etc ive even had all my own work ripped so not about to rip some1 elses it was on a commercial wallpaper website

wot is your problem there was like over 2000 thousand on the site no signatures or copyright on any of them

And when those are reported they get taken down for art theft because taking someone else's work without their permission (even if you alter it) is stealing and copyright infringement.

well on the site they are there for download so if any1 has a problem then i will remove it but was made along time ago and has been around afew gfx sites with no complaints.

Download and use as a wallpaper, or download and redistribute? They are both different things. And the website could have stolen the image itself.

well like i said i no all this m8 had my own work ripped so if i have any probs i will remove it but over a year old and nothing so i dont see the problem
